Bridging finance application
This is the full application. It takes about ten minutes and gives an adviser everything needed to approach lenders on your behalf.
What you will need
- The address and rough value of the property you are offering as security
- The balance of any mortgage or loan already secured against it
- The amount you need and the date you need it by
- A clear idea of how the loan will be repaid
Estimates are fine
Nothing here is a commitment and nothing is credit-checked on submission. If you are unsure of a figure, give your best estimate — an adviser will confirm the detail with you before anything goes to a lender. If you would rather talk first, the short enquiry form takes about two minutes.
Risk warnings
- A bridging loan is secured against property. Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments or repay the loan at the end of its term.
- Bridging finance is short-term borrowing and is usually more expensive than a term mortgage. It should not be used as a long-term funding solution.
- Some forms of bridging finance are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We will confirm in writing whether your case is regulated before you proceed.
