About become a partner
Partnerships here are deliberately light. We agree how introductions will reach us, how they will be handled, and how you will be paid — and that is written down before a single client is introduced, so nobody is working out the arrangement in the middle of a live case.
There is no minimum. Some partners send one case a year and some send several a month, and both are worth having. We would far rather you sent us the cases that genuinely fit than felt obliged to make up numbers.
What setting up involves
- A conversation about the kind of cases you see and what you want from the arrangement.
- Confirming whether the work touches any regulated activity, and what permissions that needs.
- Agreeing commission terms in writing, including when and how they are paid.
- Deciding how introductions will reach us and how much you want to stay involved.
- Agreeing how client data is shared and handled between us.

Is there any cost to becoming a partner?
No. There is no joining fee, no subscription and no minimum commitment. If the arrangement stops being useful to you, it stops — there is nothing to unwind.
Do I need to be FCA authorised?
For most commercial and business lending, no, since that borrowing generally falls outside the regulated regime. It changes where an introduction touches a regulated activity. Tell us what you have in mind and we will confirm what is needed before anything starts.
