About the process

Most referral arrangements fail for boring reasons. Nobody picks up the phone, the client is never contacted, or weeks pass with no word back and the introducer ends up chasing on behalf of someone else's process. The result is that the person who made the introduction looks worse, not better.

We have built the process around avoiding that. The commitments below are the ones that matter to a partner: fast first contact, updates without being asked, and a clear no when a case is not going to work, rather than an indefinite maybe.

In practice

Step by step

  • We agree terms in writing before anything is introduced — how cases reach us, how they are handled, how you are paid.
  • You introduce the client, with their knowledge, by whichever route suits you: a form, an email or a phone call.
  • We contact them the same working day where we can, and the next one at the latest.
  • We scope the requirement properly — what the money is for, how much, by when, and what the business can support.
  • We search the market and come back with indicative terms, or with an honest no and the reasons for it.
  • The client chooses. We manage the paperwork, the lender queries and the drawdown through to completion.
  • Commission is settled once the facility completes, on the terms agreed at the outset.
Worth knowing

What you can expect from us

  • An update at each stage without having to ask for one.
  • A named contact who knows your cases, rather than whoever answers that day.
  • A straight answer when a case is not fundable, given quickly rather than reluctantly.
  • No approach to your client about anything other than the case you sent.
  • The case handed back to you cleanly at the end, however it turns out.
Questions

Frequently asked

How quickly will you contact my client?

Same working day where possible, next working day at the latest. If your client is up against a deadline, say so when you introduce them and we will prioritise accordingly.

What if I want to stay on the calls?

Then you stay on the calls. Some partners sit in on everything and some want a note when it completes. Tell us which you prefer at the start and we will work that way.

Send us a case and see how we handle it

No agreement needs signing to have the first conversation. Tell us what you keep running into and we will tell you whether we can help.
